WHAT IS RUBIK

The Rubik concept stands out for its particular linear architecture, encompassing elementary features to combine with the natural environment. The large windows of the house favour the entry of natural light during a large part of the day.

 

HOW THE HOUSE IS LAID OUT

The house consists of two floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room and independent kitchen, with the possibility of customising the different rooms. It is built on plots of 500m2 or more.

The Residential is built with sustainability and energy saving in mind. Improvements are incorporated such as high levels of insulation in the thermal envelope of the homes or the integration of renewable energies to generate hot water in the home.

The architectural style of the Rubik model is a hybrid between modern and Mediterranean style.

The Rubik model unifies both styles based on the simplicity of the forms. It unites straight lines, flat walls and large windows with metal frames in the modern style. Rubik manages to unify these characteristics with the essential elements of the Mediterranean style, where the aim is to play with the Mediterranean culture, whose main objective is to allow the sun to flood every corner of the house. The warm colours favour the construction techniques of the Mediterranean style, with openwork shutters, lattices, terracotta colours, wood, beams and high ceilings.

The project will be built in the urbanization Monte y Mar, in Gran Alacant. A quiet place to live due to its proximity to the key points of the city such as the Altet Airport only 5 minutes away, the city centre only 10 minutes away and the Arenales del Sol and Carabassí beaches, only 2km away.
