The building in which it is an apartment located is a little older and sordid, but you will be felt in the apartment like in other world and the good location allows you to go by walk 5 min to the centre and 15 min to the sea. So you can enjoy an outdoors holiday at a reasonable price.
Location Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan town located along the Mediterranean coastline, where the sun shines almost all year. Its climate of mild temperatures and its 20 km of sandy beaches and rocky coves makes Denia an ideal place for family or individual beach holidays. Dénia is a historical coastal city in the province of Alicante, Spain, on the Costa Blanca halfway between Alicante and Valencia, and the capital and judicial seat of the comarca of Marina Alta. Considered to be one of the most beautiful and culturally rich cities in Spain.
